HIDDEN GREENS SMOOTHIE

Serves 1


Ingredients:

25g vanilla protein powder

1 kiwi, peeled

Handful of strawberries

Handful of kale Handful of watercress

1 tbsp cashew butter

2 tbsp broccoli sprouts

Water or almond milk as desired






Method:

Place all the ingredients in a blender, add desired amount of water or unsweetened milk and blend to make your perfect smoothie.
